*Duties* - Must adhere to code of confidentiality. Manage office supplies and inventory - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Handle scheduling, appointments, Maintain a safe and secure working environment
*Skills* - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities - Prior experience in office management or related field is preferred - post content for social media - ordering of material needed in clinic - WILL TRAIN for the following - neurofeedback tech (no experience necessary)
**Responsibilities**
- Daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing client needs effectively.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, record keeping, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
- Support the dental reception area by greeting patients, managing appointments, and processing patient information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve customer support services.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data management; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interactions with clients and team members.
- Experience handling customer service inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems efficiently.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
