Score Group has an experienced engineering and workshop team globally consisting of valve design engineers, valve engineering technicians, valve technicians, relief valve technicians and metallurgists have an extensive depth of specialized valve knowledge required to fully support the engineering and technical services necessary to satisfy the extensive petrochemical industry client base.
**Project/Repairs Coordinator**
Overview
The repairs coordinator supports the team in processing all jobs and provides the team with updates where necessary to ensure all work scopes are met on time. All work shall be carried out following company policies, procedures, client's PO and work instructions.
Duties
- Work with the Workshop manager and Team lead to Schedule work through the production departments.
- Liaise with the production team to optimize workflow.
- Give live updated on the production during operations meetings.
- Expedite on-going jobs through the workshop.
- Updating and maintaining work in a progress report with the status of all on-going jobs.
- Requesting quotations from suppliers.
- Expediting required purchase orders as and when needed.
- Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly client status report.
- Opening enquiries and updating system.
- Drafting quotations
- Processing Client and supplier PO’s.
- Conducting contract reviews.
- Compiling QA cards/ job cards for the workshop.
- Creating production schedules.
- Document control for on-going projects.
- Invoicing complete Jobs.
- Keeping a record of Score safety statistics.
- Supporting all stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a technical or engineering environment.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Effective communication skills, and reliable
- Ability to work well as a team member and to take own initiative
- Commitment to continual improvement and a flexible approach to change
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering HSE excellence
- Knowledge of project management is an asset
**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
**Must have own vehicle**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$26.61 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
