**The Position**

As our Service Coordinator, you will work as part of the team to assist customers from the first phone call through to invoicing for the job and follow-up. The goal is to surpass the client’s expectations. Customer service, the ability to motivate the crews, and strong relationships with the other staff will propel you to success. You will have management support and resources to assist you in improving the systems to achieve the company goals in both customer satisfaction and company performance. This position will require some weekend work (Saturdays from 9-2) and is seasonal.

**Your Experience**

You are the perfect fit for Rapid Roofing if **you**:

- have two to three years of previous experience in similar role in the residential construction industry.
- have a post secondary education in a related field.
- have demonstrated abilities in basic project management for smaller jobs.
- have superior interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- can demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
- have a desire and commitment to a solid culture and foundation during this growth phase that will catapult you to the next phase of your career.
