**Apple Service Repair Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer sign-in and sign-out at the service counter.

Coordinate the service queue, ensuring tasks meet the goal of completion within 7 days.
- Communicate with service clientele both in-person and over the phone.

Handle ordering, receiving, and returning of parts for repairs.
- Coordinate external services, including Mac data transfers and trade-in diagnostics.
- Ensure timely sending of Abandonment Letters for aging repairs.
- Monitor work orders for accurate customer communication and technical notes.
- Communicate effectively with Apple Service Field Representatives.
- Ensure compliance with GSX Service procedures.
- Conduct daily queue reviews and Service Repair Order (SRO) audits.
- Provide additional repair assistance and administration as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a service coordination or similar role.
- Familiarity with Apple products and service procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of GSX procedures is a plus.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5P 4V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
