**Reports To**

Packaging Supervisor

**Role**

Responsible for but not limited to all packaging functions and processes in place for 3G lighting product. Responsible for maintaining shipping documentation, and other administrative duties, when required. Responsible for performing packaging duties, as assigned and required. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all packaging duties for all 3G Lighting product and/or components to ensure quality and integrity with packaging and during the shipping process
- Responsible in ensuring verification of the final component list prior to the start of any packaging project.
- Adherence to efficiency guidelines established by managers and supervisors; work within the timeframe as set-forth by processes in place
- Production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling and skid wrapping operations
- Responsible for packaging integrity and quality on each packaging order and item
- Follow all packaging processes in all aspects as mandated for the department
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area by ensuring that floors are clean and organized appropriately.
- Ensure that all in-process quality checks are performed in compliance with established specification (i.e. fill checks, packaging quality etc.)
- Sort, label, and inspect packaged products
- Perform checks on finished product, packaging components
- Responsible for taking pictures of all projects and fixture types being packaged. This will include pre-packaging, in process packaging, and completed packaged goods and skids
- Secure packaged items by taping or attaching fasteners
- Store and place packaged items in storage areas or on delivery pallets using jack pallets
- Report defective product, processes, equipment or questionable conditions to Packaging Supervisor.
- Effectively communicate with supervisor/manager as required
- Ensure compliance and participation with all health and safety regulations and practices as required by the Company
- Adhere to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safety guarding and general safe working practices
- Follow proper safety equipment and follow safe working practices.

**Working Conditions**
- Stand for prolonged periods, lift, bend, stretch, walk, crouch
- Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs when requested
- Work is performed in a combination of environments

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Demonstrated problem solving skills; well organized, extreme attentive to details
- Ability to work both as an individual and in a team environment
- Proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability
- Overtime as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
