We are seeking a dynamic Director to oversee the strategic development and management of our National Capital Region operations in the public sector. This leadership role involves business enhancement, program management, requisition management, workforce administration, and driving team performance to exceed business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop growth strategies to expand our public sector business.
- Build solid trusting relationships using an authentic consultative sales approach, always focusing on understanding the clients pain points and needs.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate teams to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Responsible for leading Robertson’s Canada Public Sector business - sales, marketing, partner engagement, executive engagement, proposal generation, administration, and recruiting.
- Drive revenue generation, client retention, and service excellence.
- Provide key guidance on procurement navigation across TBIPS, THS, TSPS, SBIPS and ProServices.
- Provide key assistance on proposal drafting, review, and submission.
- Oversee end-to-end requisition management and ensure compliance throughout consultants' contract lifecycles.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven leadership experience in public sector recruitment or agency environments.
- Strong background in team management, mentoring, and coaching.
- Experience in client account management and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
