**Castle Health Services **is seeking a **Regional Director **to lead and expand our growing team located in Ottawa, Ontario.

The **Regional** **Director** is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative functions of Castle Health Services, home care and staffing, ensuring it meets corporate objectives, regulatory compliance, and financial targets. This role provides leadership in recruiting, supervising, and, promoting high-quality client care and satisfaction, and maintaining a strong focus on budget management, operational efficiency, and staff performance. The Regional Director will also drive marketing efforts, public relations, while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and regulatory bodies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Supervision**:

- Recruit, orient, supervise, and evaluate all new hires and staff.
- Provide recommendations to Senior Management regarding the overall business of Castle Health Services.
- Promote effective teamwork and communication between departments, fostering a positive work environment.

**Operational Management**:

- Ensures Castle Health Services operate within budgetary constraints, including both operating and capital budgets.
- Maintain compliance with staffing ratios, corporate policies, and provincial/state regulations.
- Ensure that clients rights and responsibilities are respected and upheld.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor the quality of care and services, implementing improvements as needed to meet clients needs.
- Conduct regular inspections and review of clients and staff to maintain a positive company image and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Work with Senior Management to develop and monitor budgets and financial reports, ensuring cost control and budget attainment.
- To optimize revenue and profit, while minimizing bad debts and monitoring delinquent accounts.
- Recommend and oversee capital improvements and manage project costs.

**Marketing & Public Relations**:

- Actively promote the company through local organizations, speaking engagements, and community outreach.
- Maintain positive relationships with local health and community agencies.
- Work with corporate marketing to develop and implement marketing plans, including advertising strategies and facility brochures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities project a professional and positive image.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in home care in a senior leadership position.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively when needed.
- Valid provincial driver’s license.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Monitor purchasing and inventory control to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure effective communication flow between staff and management.
- Support and promote a positive marketing focus and strategy for Castle Health.
- Other duties as assigned.
