The Escape Route is looking for a **RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE **for our Whistler location We are looking for a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable, talented, fun, active, and passionate about enhancing the Escape Route experience.

You should have a good understanding of outdoor hardgoods/softgoods, from backcountry skiing to mountaineering, camping/hiking, trail running, climbing and paddle sports. Previous retail experience is an asset.

A strong understanding of customer service and its importance to everyday interactions with our clients is key.
