**Why this Role?**:
The success of our wireless sensing innovations and their impact on daily life relies heavily on our Projects team. This team is a critical bridge between our internal team and external clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are being met and that projects are delivered with excellence.

This is a hybrid position and is based in our Waterloo, ON office. The compensation package for this role is a base salary plus a target bonus. The total compensation range for this position in Waterloo is $64,000 - $70,000.

**As a Project Analyst, you will**:

- Collaborate with the engineering team to conduct testing and development work.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any identified issues.
- Analyze test data, and identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Lead validation testing and evaluation processes with external stakeholders.
- Generate detailed and comprehensive test reports, highlighting key findings, issues, and recommendations.
- Utilize your technical knowledge, particularly in radar and hardware, to contribute to testing methodologies and improve testing processes.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

- Have experience in testing methodologies, procedures, and tools.
- (Bonus) Have excellent data visualization skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner.
