**Basic Function**:
Under the direction of the VP of Information Technology and Innovation, the IT Data and Support Specialist will support the business and team member IT needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides hands-on support for end-user devices, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
- Manages Active Directory, support IT asset tracking and deployment/decommissioning
- Supporting eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, and managing the information on the sites, and the flow of data into our connect2 systems..
- Utilizes good understanding of the support procedures and concepts and the basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders to provide short-term resolutions and work with Technology team for long term remediation.
- Act as a liaison between users and internal technology groups and vendors
- Compile and analyze data to provide ad-hoc reports for management, customers and other stakeholders.
- Work with a variety of data sources, to merge, purge, update datasets for large scale mailing projects.
- Using T-SQL and other tools, to create Physician targeting profiles for our Pharmilink HCP sampling program
- Participates in disaster recovery testing
- Management of technical support Wikis
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a computer/business related discipline, with minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Have experience with management of PI and Medical data mandatory.
- Experience in using Project Management and Ticket Management systems
- Excellent knowledge of T-SQL.
- Spreadsheet, analytical, modeling skills..
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio C# is an asset
