Job descriptionHireArt is helping our client find a meticulous Data Quality Specialist to join its team as a critical component of the autonomous vehicle data pipeline.In this role, you will ensure the integrity and quality of data collected from the company's test vehicles, which is essential for training and improving its self-driving systems. Your meticulous review and verification processes will help maintain high data standards and facilitate the development of more accurate and reliable autonomous driving algorithms.As a Data Quality Specialist, you will:Review and validate data collected from test drives to ensure completeness, accuracy, and relevance.Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline data verification processes.Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues in collected datasets.Assist with data annotation and labeling to support machine learning model training.Document quality standards and create comprehensive reports on data quality metrics.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection methodologies.Support the continuous improvement of data verification workflows.Requirements2+ years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or a related technical fieldFamiliarity with data annotation tools and workflowsExperience with sensor data (LiDAR, radar, camera) from autonomous vehiclesAttention to detail and analytical mindsetStrong problem-solving abilities and communication skillsNice to have:Experience with data visualization toolsPrior experience in autonomous vehicle or automotive industries, e.g. experience with data validation techniques and quality control processes for the AV domainProgramming skills in Python or similar languages for automation script developmentExperience with LinuxExperience with software tools/services like Slack, Jira, and ConfluenceExperience with Google WorkspaceBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefitsEmployer (HireArt) Subsidized healthcare benefitsFlexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHireArt covers all costs for short and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment: This is a full-time, 6-month contract position staffed via HireArt.
