Pye Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is seeking a reliable and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing parts support to our service and body shop technicians, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our dealership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process parts orders from technicians, service advisors, and the body shop.
- Locate, retrieve, and deliver parts to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Utilize the dealership's computer system to check part availability, prices, and order status.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to order and replenish stock as needed.
- Assist with the receiving and inspecting of incoming parts, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Help maintain a clean and organized parts department, including shelves and work areas.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and participate in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering part alternatives, and providing accurate information regarding part availability and pricing.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an automotive parts or service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including their identification and functionality.
- Familiarity with parts cataloging and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player skills
- Valid driver's license..
