** Power Sports Parts Advisor Wanted **

Are you passionate about power sports & ready to play a key role in keeping the engines roaring? Whether it’s ripping through trails on a dirt bike, sledding across the snow, or conquering off-road adventures in a side-by-side, we're on the hunt for a **Parts Associate**to help all of our customers live their best ride

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Elite Customer Service**: Creating an enjoyable & easy experience for each person that walks through our door, & matches our ELITE dealer status
- **Parts Searching**: Use your proficiency to find & deliver the right parts for your customers every time Whether they’re repairing their unit or adding accessories to make the product more enjoyable, find them the most accurate parts for their needs.
- **Order & Shipping**: Process incoming & outgoing parts orders like a pro. Checking that every part is accounted for, staying on time, & in tip-top shape
- **Inventory**: Work closely with management to maintain accurate inventory of all parts This involves monthly inventory cycle counts ensuring availability & tracking stock levels to avoid any downtime for our customers & crew.
- **Keep the Parts Department in Order**:You’ll keep the department clean & orderly to ensure everything is where it should be.
- **Work with the Team**:Work with our Sales crew to guarantee we’re equipping our customers with the latest & greatest. Additionally lending a hand to our Service department to ensure every technician has what they need to keep their wheels turning
- **Fast-Paced Action**: Whether you're handling customer orders, stocking new parts, or organizing inventory, you'll always be on your toes & moving at _full speed_

**What you bring to the table**:

- **Power sports Passion**: You don’t have to be an expert, but you should have a strong interest in motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, or other power sports products
- **Energy & Enthusiasm**: You’ll be the go to person for parts, so having a positive, understanding & approachable attitude is key for providing elite customer service.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Accuracy is critical when dealing with parts & inventory. Your penchant for detail will go far with us & our customers
- **Team Player**: Whether you're working with customers or teammates, you'll need to be adaptable & ready to pitch in whenever necessary.
- **Technologically Savvy**:Knowledge in _Windows computers_ is helpful. As well as experience with r_eading technical drawings _& confidence _reading alpha-numeric part coding system_.
- **Penmanship**:The ability to produce clear & legible writing is a big strength to keep up easy communication & organization.

**Bonus points for**:

- Previous experience in parts & accessories (but if not, we’ll train you)
- Familiarity with power sport products
- A love for riding & understanding what makes a ride great
