Lastly, we celebrate our wins and try to enjoy work by going on fun retreats to exciting destinations, such as Spain, Portugal and amazing places to come. **What you will be doing**: ***: In this role, you will craft and execute a product strategy that enables performant infrastructure that allows users to seamlessly sign up, login, authenticate with 3rd party providers (YouTube, TikTok, etc), pay for recurring subscriptions (with and without coupons), and set an attractive and competitive price that entices conversions. As part of your responsibilities, you will: - Lead the definition of the product roadmap and prioritize items that build a robust and bug-free experience for users who try to sign up, interact (authorization), and pay for vidIQ - Collaborate with engineering and customer support to build consensus around prioritizing issues and bugs to ensure they are addressed appropriately and on time. - Build and strengthen existing data pipelines that are required for marketing and growth related efforts - Define and measure success of your infrastructure work or user-facing experiments via A/B test. - Act as a key contributor to the product management team, providing insights into how to measure and optimize new core product features for business outcomes. **Must-have requirements**: - 2+ years of experience as a (Technical) Product Manager in a fast-growing B2C SaaS environment. - 1+ years of experience working on login and payment funnels. - Can read basic code in SQL, Python, or Javascript - Experience using data to identify feature opportunities, analyzing A/B tests, and recommending next steps. - Comfortable getting into the weeds on a variety of technical issues. You should know what an JWT is, how recurring payments are created in common payment platforms, and common issues with account creation. - Proven track record of working with different stakeholders, marketers, designers and engineers, who can bring together multiple viewpoints, and rally people around a shared vision. - You are comfortable working a normal 9am-5pm day in a timezone between GMT-3 and GMT-7. - You are a Creator, or know someone close to you who is.
