**Synopsis of the role**
The process improvement lead will be a critical part of the Business Optimization team and responsible for end to end execution and delivery of process improvement projects with a clear focus on savings and ROI. The individual will lead initiative identification, design thinking, process engineering, requirement documentation, solution implementation and change management across technical and business teams.
**What You’ll Do**
- Define operational value streams, deliver business cases, identify gaps/opportunities, remove roadblocks and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Gather requirements and lead design thinking with business stakeholders, manage backlogs and own technical requirements for implementation.
- Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system /technology / validation, testing and implementation planning
- Manage complete execution of automation, AI and productivity initiatives on time and within budget to deliver the defined savings for the year.
- Prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to drive efficiency and improve consumer/customer experience using available technology ops while continuously looking for new technologies and solutions.
- Build stakeholder relationships, deliver ops readiness plan and drive communication for continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture.
**What experience you need**
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in fast paced matrix environment
- Process engineering background
- Extensive knowledge on process improvement tools and methodologies
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Ability to manage technical implementation through SDLC cycle
- B2B and B2C Operations/Delivery know-how
- Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders

- Experience with Google Vertex AI, RPA, IVR, APIs, Automation
