**The Role**

The Richards Group is looking for a **hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager** to l**ead, coordinate, and execute** our marketing and social media efforts across platforms. This is a **full-time, in-office role in Toronto’s East End**. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.

You’ll own our social media presence, drive content creation, and ensure every campaign, listing, and initiative reflects our premium brand and luxury aesthetic. This role combines creativity, management, and execution; you’ll bring strategy to life and deliver content that engages, educates, and inspires.

**What You’ll Do**

**Social Media & Content Creation**
- Manage and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels
- Plan and maintain content calendars for listings, lifestyle, community, and brand storytelling
- Create graphics, Reels, short-form video, and still photography. Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
- Monitor performance and optimize content for reach and engagement

**Marketing Platforms & Campaigns**
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and client initiatives
- Use Canva, editing tools, ChatGPT, ManyChat, and other marketing platforms to create and distribute content
- Track timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across campaigns

**Strategy & Brand Support**
- Contribute to marketing strategy with ideas that align with business goals
- Ensure all content reflects an elevated, warm, design-led, and confident brand voice
- Stay ahead of trends in social media, real estate marketing, and content formats

**Collaboration & Operations**
- Work closely with agents, leadership, photographers, videographers, and designers
- Maintain organized workflows and consistent output
- Lead listings, team branding, events, and community initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 3+ years as a Social Media Manager and 3+ years in Marketing Management
- **Independent Management**: Able to manage and coordinate marketing and social media platforms from start to finish
- **Platform Expertise**:Skilled in Canva, Mailchimp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, ChatGPT, ManyChat, and other modern marketing tools
- **Creative & Trend-Savvy**:Understands social media trends, intentional marketing, and audience engagement
- **Luxury Aesthetic**: Strong visual eye with appreciation for elevated branding, design, and lifestyle storytelling
- **Content Creation**: Comfortable producing graphics, short-form videos, and copy aligned with brand voice
- **Organized & Proactive**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to run campaigns independently
- **Storytelling & Communication**: Confident copywriter with strong storytelling instincts
- **Passion**: Excited about creating content that looks, sounds, and feels great while driving engagement

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Annual Salary: CA$70,000 (paid bi-weekly)
- Health benefits are available after a 6-month probationary period
- Two weeks paid vacation, plus office closure over Christmas

**Location & Schedule**
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office at 1945 Queen Street East, Toronto
- Travel to events, listings, and other locations as needed (personal vehicle is an asset but not required)

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
