**Position Overview**:
We are in search of an energetic and creative Social Media Manager to enhance our team's dynamics. This role is crafted for individuals who are passionate about generating engaging content, fostering community interactions, and amplifying brand presence on social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that reflects our company’s objectives, brand ethos, and audience preferences.
- Design and disseminate compelling content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Actively monitor and enhance our social media presence, fostering a positive and engaging community environment.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all digital platforms.
- Directly support customer service and sales initiatives through social media, utilizing the platforms for client engagement, lead generation, and gathering valuable customer feedback.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for content and campaigns that bolster brand visibility and audience engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in social media management or a similar role, evidenced by a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media metrics, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, creative team environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a flair for customer service and sales support.
- Knowledge of web design, branding, SEO, and digital marketing strategies is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Toronto, ON M2J 5B4 (required)
