Job Title: Production Supervisor / QA Assistant **Job Type**: Full Time / After Noon Shift (Max: 11 pm) **Time: TBD** **Position Summary**: Reporting to Operation Manager / QA Manager, QA Technician is responsible for filling an essential role in monitoring and advancement of **Production and Quality Assurance department.** **Responsibilities**: - Online verification of production forms. - Documentation of production and QA forms. - Label makings as per production request. - Maintaining production Inventory. - GMP monitoring and house keeping. - Being involved in continuous improvement of food safety program - Finished product inspection and testing. - Assisting in supplier and customer documents compliance - Routine inspections to ensure SOP’s requirements are met in all aspects including Sanitation, Pest Control, Warehousing and Production. - Assist in new regulatory changes. - Promote process improvement and “built-in quality and food safety” culture a culture of safety that is best in class with an objective of "zero" injuries or zero food safety incidents. - Willing to be First Aid attendant. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in science is preferred however consideration will be given to degrees in similar disciplines - Knowledge and understanding of Operation, HACCP, GMP and QA systems - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently or in a team setting successfully - Effectively communicate key information to supervisors and management - Familiar with GMP, government regulations **Work Environment Requirements**: - Ability to work on occasional weekends. - Active job - need to regularly stand and walk during production shifts **Salary**:Commensurate with experience **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.84-$31.06 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week **Benefits**: - Casual dress - On-site parking Schedule: - 10 hour shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
