FG Deli Group Ltd. located in Langley BC, is the progressive leader in the manufacturing of premium, quality, European meat products.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Production Supervisor** to join our dynamic team at FG Deli Group. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and organizing daily activities while ensuring the effectiveness of a competent team of Front Line Leaders and employees. Your role is crucial in achieving departmental productivity goals, maintaining quality standards, and upholding food safety practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership to build an effective team of Front Line Leaders and employees, aligning with FG Deli Group values.
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters productivity and employee appreciation.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure successful outcomes.
- Optimize labor and equipment use to meet current and future production needs.
- Communicate relevant information clearly, ensuring team understanding of goals and changes.
- Solve problems proactively, involving employees in the process, and provide performance feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day multi-shift operations, enforcing mandatory reporting of food safety and quality issues.
- Investigate non-conformances and ensure continuous departmental accountability for the Food Safety Plan.
- Prepare, present, and implement recommendations for process improvements.
- Oversee proposed changes, ensuring communication and desired outcomes.
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a regular basis.
- Monitor daily variances and adjust strategies as needed.
- Encourage safe work practices to prevent injuries and damage.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and mobile equipment.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post secondary education
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential issues.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with coaching and mentoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software effectively
- Familiarity with production environments
- Experience in food manufacturing
