**About Artscape**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Fundraising Team Administration, Toronto Artscape Foundation** **(50%)**
- Administer the core administration of the Toronto Artscape Foundation and Fund Development team, including through efficient processing of all gift transactions and prompt stewardship of all donors
- Maintain accurate records for the department, including:
- Processing financial contributions and receipts in Salesforce
- Keeping records of online and print donor recognition
- Ongoing data collection and maintenance
- Supporting departmental evaluation and reporting strategies
- Ensuring timely payment of pledges
- Producing monthly reconciliation reports working alongside the finance team
- Compiling monthly donation and receipting reports
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues in the Finance team and IT team to ensure accurate recordkeeping, gift tracking and database maintenance
- Manage and ensure accuracy of all contact and donation records, contact lists, and prospect lists
- Proactively identify administrative process improvements for the department
- Support the identification of donors, sponsors and grants through prospect ID and research
- Serve as primary point of contact for general donor inquiries for the Toronto Artscape Foundation
- Support the execution of special events including fundraisers, as well as cultivation and stewardship events and receptions
- Other administrative duties as required for Toronto Artscape Foundation
**Programming Team Administration, Artscape Daniels Launchpad (50%)**
- Support the planning, development and delivery of registered, drop-in and outreach programs and services for the creative community
- Assist with program coordination including contracting, scheduling, and program evaluation
- Create evaluation materials for new programs, monitor and record (surveys, stakeholder interviews, roundtables etc.)
- Monitor attendance and participation in programs and provide feedback
- Assist in the preparation of grants, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct research to support the artistic vision and program strategy, as required
- Liaise with the program team, mentors, workshop facilitators, and community members to answer questions and provide information on programs
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, interviewing and hiring of mentors, contributors and facilitators
- Support with planning outreach events for Artscape programs
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, project management or related field of study.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in program coordination. Hands-on experience in fundraising a definite asset.
- Demonstrated project and event coordination expertise, ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Well organized, detail-oriented and a strong multitasker; Highly self-motivated, takes initiative.
- Creative and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
- Superior interpersonal and relationship management skills with clear written and verbal communication in a professional manner.
- Passionate about supporting arts and artists in Canada.
