**Responsibilities**:

- Snow removal at residential and commercial properties
- Minor construction tasks and general labor on off days
- Operating basic tools
- Shoveling, backpack or snowblower, salting, and site clean-up as required
- Communicating effectively with the team and set or following instructions
- Maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude

**Requirements**:

- **Honest, reliable, and punctual**:

- **Own transportation**:

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting and shoveling
- Comfortable working early mornings, late nights, and on-call during snow events
- Team player with good communication skills

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
