**LLPS- Labrecque Landscaping & Property Services**_ is a family owned business that services central Alberta(Edmonton/Sherwood Park areas) looking for operators(1-2) to help us year round. We would be still interested in taking resumes that just want to work for snow. We are hoping to have our operators join us for the new year and becoming team leads. - Operate a skid steer to perform various tasks on construction sites
- Use the skid steer to move snow and be able to transport it.
- Knowledge of grading and leveling work using the skid steer in summer.
- Knowledge to excavate and digging tasks as needed in summer.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the skid steer
- Clerical work/Jobber to ensure paperwork is completed.
- Knowledge of Landscaping, Snow Removal and Construction work will be reviewed.

other information:

- Knowledge or being mechanically inclined will also help (vehicles, small equipment, hydraulic and diesel)
- Knowledge of construction - electrical, plumber, framer will help.
- Knowledge of concrete work - walkways, pads, foundations, curbs, driveways will help.

- Experience operating heavy equipment, _**specifically skid steers and knowledge of plow trucks is also required.**_
- Valid driver's license and experience with pulling trailers with loads.
- Maintenance on the skid steer and plow truck.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 84 per week

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Plow Truck: 3 years (preferred)
- Snow removal w/ Skid: 3 years (required)
- Final Grades/Excavation: 5 years (preferred)
- Team Lead: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
- Certifications and/or Paperwork? (preferred)
