Job Responsibilities

  • Snow removal at residential and commercial properties
  • Minor construction tasks and general labor on off days
  • Operating basic tools
  • Shoveling, backpack or snowblower, salting, and site clean-up as required
  • Communicating effectively with the team and set or following instructions
  • Maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude

Requirements

  • Honest, reliable, and punctual
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physically capable of lifting and shoveling
  • Comfortable working early mornings, late nights, and on-call during snow events (besides Christmas)
  • Team player with good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
