We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Full-Time Scheduler to manage and coordinate schedules for our group home staff, as well as individual/1:1 care across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timeframes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and adjust staff schedules for group home operations and 1:1 support services.
- Ensure coverage across all shifts, including last-minute changes or cancellations.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules with management to meet the needs of residents and employees.
- Collaborate with service managers and virtual assistants to confirm schedule details, addressing any concerns that arise.
- Manage scheduling in alignment with health and safety compliance, human resources policies, and individual care plans.
- Monitor overtime, time-off requests, and shift availability to ensure efficiency and balance.
- Communicate scheduling changes to staff and management promptly and effectively.
- Adapt to and become comfortable with evolving internally-developed software.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar scheduling role, preferably in a healthcare, social services, or group living environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, and experience coordinating staff for compliance is preferred.
