**Brand Business Manager Assistant**
- Marsham Natural Products Broker, Concord, Ontario
We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Brand Business Manager Assistant to work with assigned Marsham Clients in building their brands Nationally.
**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Work with Client partners to collect, organize, and file required documents leveraged by Marsham’s Sales team, Distributor team, and Manager
- Populate standardized sales reporting templates and analyze data for Client partners and Manager
- Gather information to complete document submissions for listing packages, price increases, discontinuation notices and promotional planners in an accurate and timely manner
- Create and update Client deal sheets to assist the Sales team in selling to the retailers
- Maintain and communicate up-to-date Client information and documents across various platforms to ensure priorities are executed
- Participate in Client meetings and conference calls as needed
- Monitors and manages Client’s trade spending is within budget
- Assist in ad hoc initiatives
- Assist with collection of Distributor deductions and supporting documents
- Assist in preparation of and participate in various trade shows as required

- Brand Business Manager
**Requirements**:
Â-Minimum 2-5 years administrative experience & post-secondary graduate
Â- Analytical thinker, strategic problem solver, works independently, make decisions where appropriate and meets predetermined and unexpected deadlines
Â-Ability to analyze data and synthesize key performance drivers for the Client
**Competencies**:
Â-Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, problem solver, strong communication skills
Â- Ability to work independently, make decisions where appropriate and meet predetermined as well as unexpected deadlines
Â- Able to manage multiple priorities while setting goals and objectives amongst many brands to meet deadlines
Â- Able to manage multiple Clients’ and Retailers’ priorities in delivering to annual objectives
