**Duties**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand positioning.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and enhance market presence.
- Analyze performance metrics and consumer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve brand perception.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure product offerings align with brand identity and consumer needs.
- Oversee budgeting for brand initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including e-commerce channels, to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize tools such as Nielsen and Adobe Creative Suite to analyze data and create compelling visual content.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that drive revenue growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in brand strategy development or related fields such as digital marketing or product management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
- Experience in e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging marketing materials.
- Knowledge of Nielsen tools for market analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A passion for understanding consumer behavior and driving brand loyalty.
