**Job Overview**:
We are currently searching for a Solar Site Assessor who is responsible for conducting onsite assessments for our residential customers. This Site Assessor will work with management to gather information on-site of future solar projects and to guarantee a safe work environment.

We provide our customers affordable energy options while installing solar systems that meet the highest quality assurance specifications. We offer our customers the most competitive pricing in the industry while installing top of the line equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Conduct onsite assessments for residential rooftop solar systems
- Measure, take pictures, and document roof area and obstructions, electrical equipment areas, attic/crawl space areas, trees and other relevant details
- Assess electrical systems and roof conditions
- Perform shading analysis with delicate instruments
- Create detailed drawings on site
- Communicate site details to the company’s solar designers and installation teams
- Share reports with a 1-day turnaround

**Qualifications**:

- Able to lift, maneuver and climb varied size ladders, including 30 ft extendable ladders, and follow all ladder and roof safety compliance measures
- Must be comfortable working on 3-4 roofs a day of varied heights and steepness to measure and collect data
- Physical agility and ability to work in tight spaces, extreme heights, and/or extreme temperatures (attics, crawl spaces and rooftops)
- Willingness to work 8-10 hours per day and be on the road for 3 to 4 hours of it
- Tech savvy
- Adept working with computer programs, Google Apps, tablets and iPhone
- Aptitude with delicate instruments
- Responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable necessary
- Roofing experience a plus
- Must have a valid, clean Driver License with no points

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
