**Responsibilities Include**
- Manage incoming phone calls through the main switchboard including paging staff, transferring calls, and delegating incoming referrals through the phone system to the appropriate triage staff
- Greet all incoming clients and visitors to the building, assess their immediate needs
- Arrange local shipment for the customers
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of **EPR**.
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred, 50 WPM
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills with emphasis on a pleasant and professional telephone manner
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High School / College degree or equivalent
