**Responsibilities**:

- Repair and maintain building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Snow removal of walkways
- Inspect and maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Perform general cleaning tasks.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
- Able to lift heavier items such as salt bags or assist in moving furniture
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitchener, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Facilities maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
