We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as
Maintenance Technician.

This role plays a key part in supporting plant reliability, ensuring equipment uptime, and contributing to a safe, efficient operation. You'll work closely with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Performing equipment repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance to support production requirements
  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying long-term corrective actions
  • Collaborating with Operations to meet daily output targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Supporting training initiatives for peers and junior technicians as required
  • Participating in departmental meetings, safety programs, and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, maintenance logs, and communication with supervisors
  • Assisting with maintenance leadership duties during absences or as assigned

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Completion of a skilled trade program or equivalent combination of apprenticeship and hands-on industrial maintenance experience
  • Industrial Millwright or Industrial Electrician Certification (433A/442A/309A)
  • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting capability in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Preferred Requirements:

  • Background in food, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with reliability practices, continuous improvement, or maintenance planning

Hourly Rate: $44/hr – $46/hr
