**Maintenance Technician**

**Position Summary**:
Regulvar is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Laval, QC area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all facilities located within a designated area, as well as assisting in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. We are looking for a person who is excited about maintaining our facilities and helping us grow. We are a growing company, with expansion into other markets, and looking for a person who wants to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all buildings and grounds in accordance with health codes - cleanliness, safety, etc.
- Ensure that the building's operations are running smoothly at all times.
- Perform maintenance on all equipment including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.
- Clean up trash rooms and bathrooms after use.
- Maintain work areas by taking care of garbage in the right way.
- Maintain common areas such as lobby, cafeteria, gymnasium etc. and ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Ensure that there are no shortages of cleaning supplies or services in any facilities or for residents and visitors.
- Keep all common areas neat and orderly.
- Follow health department health codes for sanitation and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
