**Duties**:

- Develop and enhance customer relationships on the phone, computer and in person
- Order entry and paperwork processing
- Review customer purchase orders
- Answering phones and direct calls accordingly. Provide backup for phones when necessary.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly in a timely manner
- Work closely with Operations staff and customers to expedite and track orders
- Handle paperwork needs. IE: filing, scanning, etc.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Internally communicate with operations staff in all phases of pre and post order execution

**Qualifications**:

- Must be Bilingual and Fluent in French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver license/valid transportation
- Post-secondary of any type is an asset
- Flanges and fittings knowledge is an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office is beneficial (Outlook, Word, Excel)
