**Analyst - Commercial operations**

This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company and will play a significant role in the organization's business analysis and performance measurement process. She/he will have a high-level exposure and interaction with finance, commercial operations, and sales team. This function acts as the analytical engine of the commercial operations team to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.
- Establish and conduct monthly KPI report, highlight trends and analyze causes of significant variance for business verticals.
- Provide market insights on key trends by geography, customer, and product.
- Collect, analyze, and reconcile sales/rebate information from business verticals to provide accurate and timely payment requests to finance team for processing.
- Initiate and support existing projects for financial and business optimization.
- Monthly Financial reporting & P&L analysis
- Partner with Finance for monthly program accruals for efficient control of Net Sales and Gross Margins
- Maintain actual program expense and accrual database.
- Monthly payment, program reconciliation and sales report preparation by customer group
- Track monthly payments and program reconciliation at customer level.
- Contribute to continued development of budgeting, forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools.
- Initiate and support existing projects for business optimization.
- Assist with ad hoc requests and operational projects as required.
- Collaborate with IT and operations team for Customer Database maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/business related major
- 2+ years progressive experience in Operations/Financial Analysis role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Demonstrates ownership of assigned responsibilities with a positive self-starter attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $58,000.00 per year
