We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Novatech’s team in preparing the costing. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing the costs associated with the production of patio doors. This role plays a key part in understanding product cost, profitability, and supporting operational efficiency through financial insights.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring accurate cost. structure integration and data consistency across modules.
- Prepare various reports to identify the difference between standard costs and actual costs.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial month-end tasks related to costs.
- Play an active role in the annual exercise of updating the standard cost.
- Support cost calculations for new customers/products.
- Provide support to divisional controller with any inquiries related to cost analysis.
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of production with the goal of improving company contribution.
- Develop cost reporting tools.
- Analyze monthly raw material and finish goods count and variance.
- Participate in annual physical count.
- Secure accounting related documentation.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Comfortable working with data and adaptable to change.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector are mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
