**Position Overview**

We are looking for **Part-Time / On-Call Snow Plow Operators** to join our winter operations team. This position involves snow removal using plow trucks, ATVs, and skid steers during snow events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely and efficiently operate plow trucks, ATVs, and skid steers for snow and ice removal
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events (including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays)
- Maintain and clean equipment and vehicles after use
- Communicate effectively with the crew and management
- Represent Eco Property Maintenance in a professional and courteous manner on all job sites

**Requirements**:

- **Valid BC driver’s license & clean driving record**:

- **Reliable vehicle** for travel to and from job sites
- **Experience operating plow trucks or similar heavy equipment** preferred
- Physically able to handle outdoor work in winter conditions
- Strong communication skills and attention to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

**Compensation & Perks**
- **$40.00/hour snow removal rate**:

- Paid overtime & stat pay
- PPE provided (high-vis gear, gloves, eyewear, etc.)
