- Operate a skid steer to perform various tasks on construction sites or other work locations
- Use the skid steer to move materials, load and unload trucks, and assist with excavation or grading projects
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform routine maintenance on the skid steer to keep it in good working condition
- must be able to plow snow from a parking lot safely and efficiently

- Previous experience operating a skid steer is required
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
