Business Analyst II (1 Year Contract)

As a business analyst II (intermediate), you will analyze business operations, share valuable inputs to your agile team, while providing exceptional change management and creative solutions to problems.

What you’ll do:
- Capture business requirements and technical details from multiple stakeholders for RFP, upgrades, and development enhancements.-
- Document business processes using flow diagrams and use cases.-
- Analyze capabilities of business systems and leverage them to meet business needs.-
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns and prepare metrics.-
- Support configuration of functional workflows in business systems.-
- Identify gaps and risks a proposed solution has on operations.-
- Align business requests with the volume of change impacted business teams can manage.-
- Test new features for alignment with business processes, expected functionality.-
- Gather end-user feedback identifying deficiencies and potential improvements.-
- Run UAT, End to End, Train the Trainer and Go Live sessions to support roll-out of new tech.-
- Produce SOPs, FAQs, and job aids where needed to help business adapt to new operations.What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as business analyst.-
- 2+ years’ experience using Change Management techniques.-
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.-
- Experience in an agile environment.-
- IIBA certification preferred.-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.Why you will love it here:
