**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional support and communication to homeowners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination between homeowner services and operational tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local government agencies, Homeowners Associations (HOAs), vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail, ensuring smooth property operations and guest experiences.
- Proactively resolve issues by exploring solutions independently before escalating when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and take initiative without needing constant supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of solid work experience, preferably in office management, customer service, property management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin - reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Confident and professional communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently to resolve challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.

**What We Offer**:
