Dealer Support Representative

We are looking for a Dealer Support Representative (DSR) to join our fast-growing team in the automotive leasing business. Core functions consist of relationship support, resolving credit and funding issues, delivering training in a virtual environment, troubleshooting technical and functional issues, and providing support and assistance to our dealers as well as our external sales, credit, funding, lease services, lease Maturity and remarketing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaison with dealership staff and SCI Lease Corp Regional Sales Managers to assist with the following:
- Credit escalations, explanations and or presenting new information to our internal credit team
- Follow up with dealership staffs on funding deficiencies to expedite dealer payment
- Provide system and program training to dealership staff to improve their knowledge and utilization of our product offerings
- Provide lease buyout assistance to dealers when needed
- Assist in the processing of dealership owner buy/sell or banking changes
- Facilitate dealer requested program change requests
- Troubleshoot technical, functional, or program related issues that dealers may be experiencing
- Facilitate the addition and removal of dealership taq credit portal users upon dealership request
- Update salesforce account records with pertinent information regarding activities and events
- Support monthly credit, funding, lease services, lease maturity and remarketing program initiatives
- Promote the use of SCI Lease Corp products and programs to dealers, including but not limited to SCI CarCare
- Provide and encourage dealer feedback on ways to improve across all aspects of our business
- Replenish dealer supplies when requested
- Actively participate in weekly and annual sales meetings
- Act in the best interest of all parties to resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS required
- Bilingual - French and English
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years automotive dealership sales, leasing, and or business office experience
- Experience working from a remote office
EDUCATION
- Post-Secondary Degree
