We are growing and we’re looking for a **Data & BI Analyst **who loves being technical and solving problems. The team is small but powerful, and they have input to deliver on key programs and initiatives within the heart of our company. This person will get the opportunity to work with all levels of stakeholders, and truly make an impact on our systems and processes.

Dealer-FX is the exclusive or preferred service technology provider for Stellantis, Nissan and several other OEMs in the US and Canada and has more than 2,000 dealership clients.

**Responsibilities**:
As a **Data & BI Analyst **you will own the end-to-end development and improvement of current reporting process, enterprise wide. You will have an opportunity to work with various levels of management to review and understand current reporting methods and trends, consult to identify gaps and barriers of current reports, and provide reporting solutions to improve tracking and information distribution, organization wide.

A Day in the Life:_**
- Working with the Sr. Data Analytics & BI Manager, cross functional leads to develop a long-term data and reporting strategy and designing the technology stack to support it
- Using your strong critical thinking skills to provide solutions for our various reporting tools
- Analyzing collected data and ensuring it is being gathered and presented efficiently.
- Modifying, designing and maintaining reporting tools, data systems and databases to promote data integrity across the organization. This includes problem solving existing reports and developing new automated reports.
- Collaborating with organizational leaders to understand their reporting methods and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Helping business partners, from various departments, to leverage data and spot trends through creating effective reporting tools for forecasting purposes
- Monitor the effectiveness of report improvements to determine efficiencies and modify as needed
