**Training Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Curriculum Development & Training Needs Assessment**:

- Design and develop training curriculums tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

**2. Certification & Training Matrix Management**:

- Certify employees on tasks they perform to ensure competency.
- Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive training matrix to track employee certifications and training progress.

**3. Training Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and available for sessions.

**4. Training KPIs & Documentation**:

- Monitor and report on training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.
- Perform and document training activities in the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
- Ensure training documents are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory standards.

**5. Floor Observations & Compliance Verification**:

- Conduct observations on the production floor to ensure employees are following work instructions and adhering to standards.
- Identify and address deviations or gaps in training to prevent compliance issues.

**6. Gap Analysis & Document Updates**:

- Investigate training gaps and update training materials, work instructions, and SOPs as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

**7. Reporting & Collaboration**:

- Provide regular updates and reports to Leadership Team on training activities, compliance, and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on training objectives and outcomes.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Understanding of instructional design, and proficiency in various learning management systems (LMS)
- Proven experience in training coordination, curriculum development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using eQMS software (Veeva) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in training development methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Familiarity with project management techniques to oversee various training initiatives.
- Competence in content development using tools like Adobe Captivate for e-learning modules.
- Ability to facilitate classroom settings effectively, encouraging interaction among participants.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, CPHR) is a plus.
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., cannabis, pharmaceuticals, food, manufacturing).
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
- Previous Supervisory or Managerial duties

**Working Conditions**:

- Office and production floor environment.
- Occasional use of Personal Protective Gear, mask, gloves, safety glasses, steel toe boots, respirator, hearing protection, hard hat and high visibility clothing.
