About Us

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Operations Staff** member with a valid **Class 3 Manual Driver’s License** to support our day-to-day operations. This role is hands-on and varied, combining driving responsibilities with yard, warehouse, and customer support duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 3 manual transmission vehicles to deliver agricultural products to customers
- Load, unload, and handle products such as seed, fertilizer, feed, and crop inputs
- Assist with yard, warehouse, and facility operations
- Follow all safety, transportation, and company procedures
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Support seasonal operations during peak agricultural periods

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid **Class 3 Manual Driver’s License** with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in agriculture, retail, or logistics is an asset
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to be trained
- Physically capable of lifting and working in outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills and attention to safety
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work weekends during peak seasons
