Descartes Systems is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for our Global Trade Intelligence business unit

**Responsibilities**:

- Document customer requirements during sales and initial configuration sessions.
- Provide tier 2 support and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Train users on new software solutions
- Stay updated of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Actively engage product owner and business partners to translate solution needs into actionable user stories.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and systems.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) integrations
- High standard of customer service and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication with others in a collaborative technology team environment including technical writing skills.
- Basic SQL query skills

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of programming languages i.e. C#
- Basic knowledge of Import/Export processes and Denied Party Screening

**Other**:

- Independently motivated and proactive outlook to anticipate and plan for future opportunities.
- Focus on task completion and deadlines.

**Salary Range**: $60,000 to $65,000 CAD “Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
