**WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for individuals with some experience in business analysis or related fields (e.g., UI/UX design, product management, or technical writing) who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain requirements artifacts such as specifications, test cases, mockups, and workflows.
- Work closely with developers to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood.
- Use design/prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or PowerPoint to create mockups and prototypes.
- Assist in translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Stay updated on modern UX/UI trends across devices and platforms to ensure user-friendly designs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on project goals.
- Document processes, workflows, and requirements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Who You Are**:

- A recent graduate or professional with 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or related fields (e.g., UI/UX design, product management).
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language to facilitate communication with technical teams.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its various stages.
- Proficiency in design/prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or Visio.
- Strong analytical skills to convert business input into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Waterloo, ON (N2K): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
