**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Support**: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring all employee hours and records are accurate and submitted on time.
- **Invoice Management**: Help process and track incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring they are accurate and filed correctly.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and update data into various software and spreadsheets, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- **Travel Booking**: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation for team members.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Other Duties**: Assist with additional tasks and special projects as required by the team or leadership.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in payroll processing or accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Experience with travel booking and coordination.
- Basic knowledge of data entry or office management tools.

**Working Hours and Location**
- Permanent part-time position (minimum 20hrs per week).
- Primary work location will be Prime Automation’s location(s) in Waterloo, Ontario.
