We are seeking a dynamic sales manager suitable to fill a **Software Sales Manager position.**
- Individual will be involved in all aspects of software marketing and the sales cycle.
- Assisting with creating sales and marketing material.

**Responsibilities**:
- Pursue new markets and new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present the product and conduct demos to potential clients.
- Enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Develop a sales pipeline and identify opportunities that will lead to an increase in product sales.
- Attend events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Drive a positive customer experience from prospecting to closing.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Submit weekly progress reports and enter data within the company’s software.
- Track and record activity on accounts and to close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop a training and mentoring program for clients’ staff.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to optimize sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Own your personal development plan to help grow your career in sales.
- Demonstrate experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a software sales role.
- Be willing to travel, as needed.
- Integrity - You must be honest and ethical.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent analytical and communications (oral and written) skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure and with deadlines.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Public speaking, research, and writing abilities.
- Outgoing, self-motivated & pleasant individuals.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license.
- Market knowledge and meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe.
- Preferred: project management software, and other Microsoft Suite products.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
**Experience**:
- Software Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in York, ON L3R 5L9
