**DIGITAL AUTOMOTIVE SALES SPECIALIST**

We are looking for a **Digital Automotive Sales Specialist** responsible for numerous items, including:

- Interacting and engaging with digital leads from multiple sources for the sales departments with the intent of answering and assisting the guest up to the point of them making an appointment to visit the dealership
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Sales Product Advisor handling the physical appointment
- Interaction with guests through all forms of communication mediums as well as attempting new and creative methods to engage with guests
- Be Self-motivated, well organized and great listening skills
- OMVIC License is required
- Possess excellent customer service skills on the phone and online
- Fit with our fun loving, hardworking, community focused, and customer driven culture.
- Have excellent customer oriented and communication skills.
- Be available to work Saturday shifts
