**Scherer Chevrolet Buick GMC** is a family-owned and operated automotive dealership that has faithfully served our Kitchener and area customers for more than 35 years, and our business is growing.

Working in a fast-paced environment, a Sales Associate will be responsible for taking a Scherer Chevrolet Buick GMC customer through the exciting process of purchasing a vehicle. This will include prospecting, follow-up, cold calling, meet and greet, vehicle selection & demonstration, test drives, and presenting price.
- Not be afraid to take risks, when appropriate
- Be goal and results-oriented
- Have an outgoing attitude with a friendly personality
- Be able to find common ground with anyone
- Have excellent phone skills
- Ability to work 50+ hours/week, including day, evening, and Saturday shifts
- Have previous automotive sales experience (2+ years preferred)
