**Key Responsibilities**
- Secure financing and approvals through multiple lender relationships
- Present warranty, protection, and insurance products confidently
- Ensure all contracts are accurate and compliant
- Support the sales team to maximize profitability per deal
- Maintain strong lender and customer relationships
- Drive monthly targets and coach others on deal structure

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a **Finance Manager (F&I)** in automotive
- Strong understanding of **subprime and near-prime** lending
- Exceptional communication and closing skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish or Tagalog) an **asset**:
