Join our team as a **Shipping Coordinator** and help ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Report to the Operations Manager and follow instructions regarding daily shipping activities.
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers and coordinate their job duties, ensuring they follow company procedures.
- Coordinate the preparation and shipment of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Actively participate in moving, lifting, packing and executing physical shipping activities.
- Verify shipping documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels, for completeness and correctness.
- Liaise with carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and update the warehouse management system as needed.
- Ensure proper packaging of goods to prevent damage during transit.
- Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies (e.g., boxes, tape) and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Assist with warehouse inventory counts and audits as required.

**Health and Safety Responsibilities**
- Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use required protective equipment at all times.
- Work in a safe manner to prevent harm to yourself or others.
- Report any hazards or unsafe practices to the Warehouse Team Lead immediately.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Team Lead to support the warehouse operations.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday - Thursday, 6:00am
- 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm, 0.5 unpaid meal break every day, 2 15-minute breaks.
- Overtime during the week and at weekends may be available in busy periods.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
